  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
  • Fleximavel is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fleximavel.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
  • For lost shipments, please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim with the carrier.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the delivery, or unavailability, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
